Why not buy the ones made for the car?
Why not buy the ones made for the car?
Because the OEM ones are expensive, and aftermarket ones are also expensive and/or unsure if they'll fit. I have material to make my own that will look nice..I just can't figure out how to line up the holes...
Have you checked your local wrecking yard?

I haven't, I actually didn't think of looking there for mudflaps. The aveo LS came with them stock right?
I've done the vents three times and can't get the plastidip too adhere properly to the chrome. Maybe cause its winter? Ill try again maybe in the summer. Did you take front chrome lip over front grill off to do it or did you leave it on and tape it off?
Beneficiall, put the cans in some warm water before spraying. Make sure the parts are clean AND dry. Maybe great up lightly with a heat gun if you can do so without melting the chrome plastic. Just because you don't see the moisture doesn't mean it's not there. You'd know if you ever try to weld metal without preheating it in winter months.
702_AveoLT, I'm digging the retrofits. Did you make those or pay someone else to make them?
