Some Pics Of what I have Done To My Aveo Sedan

Hey guys, I have been around for a while on this forum and have not posted. Here are some pics of my aveo.

I have added, carbon look wind deflectors on the front doors, (not pictured), a dvd Gps, 7" screen head unit (not pictured), 2 x 12" sony subs with a 3200watt amp and Audio bank crossover, 15" rims and custom seat covers. I will take more pictures soon, sent the rims away to have them high polished and some curb rash removed. Will be replacing the rear speakers this week.

Hey, yes the 7" screen units are awesome, unfortunately the motorised tilt on mine has stopped working so will need to pull it out and check what happened on the weekend.

Thanks for the comments guys, I just pulled out the stock rear speakers and replaced them with some Sony 4 way speakers and what a difference it makes. Only problem is now the fronts sound bland in comparison lol so will tackle taking those out on the weekend. Anyone have any ideas on what size are in the front doors on the Aveo Sedan?

That sucks about your head unit, hopefully you can get it fixed! As for the front speakers I believe they are 4" stock size. I installed 6.5" speakers in my fronts. I attached a pic, dont mind how dirty my interior is right now lol. Your rears look good by the way, I did the same thing with mine!

Hey, yea I hope so too. The 6.5" looks good in the front. I would prefer that rather than the 4", it's difficult to find 4" 50w speakers where I am to match the rears. I will have a look over the weekend what I will do and post some pics if anything changes. Should be getting my rims back tonight!!! The guy has turned a two day job into a week and a half so I hope they going to look decent.

Lol don't worry, I recently had the horrible experience of lifting my carpets etc, when the alarm installers did their thing, they left the rubber grommet on the right hand side where the hood release cable goes through out and during the rain storms my car filled up with water and I wasn't in the country for a month so it went mouldy etc what an unpleasant surprise when I got back lol, at least it is fixed now. haha.

Just got my rims back from having them refurbished and polished, before and after pics below.

A small update, after my dvd unit packed up I decided to just install a double din Sony radio (pic below) neatened up the wiring for subs and added blue Led strip light to trunk.

Rims look good, They turned out nice! Audio looks good too! Nice ride keep it up!
