Re: Thehunterooo's Aveo
I hear you. I once bought a car for parts that had front end damage. The alignment was so far off (and un-fixable) that the front tires squealed constantly driving in a straight line :D The worst part was if one tire went over gravel and lost traction, because the other tire would suddenly pull the car off in another direction (without moving the steering wheel).

Re: Thehunterooo's Aveo
thats a pain, though i have gotten used to how my car is aligned, its going to feel wierd when its fixed, but ill stop burning through tires too lol
i get annoyed when the tire wears and it becomes unbalanced, cant wait to slap that new on

Re: Thehunterooo's Aveo
should get my tire today now at noon, got 2 free oil changes since it could not be done yesterday, and the bank called wanting me to come down with the money, though i want to extend the term of the loan to the 5 years instead of the 4, might be done today as well

Re: Thehunterooo's Aveo
tire and alignment done, thigns drives good, that strurt bar makes a huge difference
the car is now in my name, i owe $9300 on it, but i had the get a new tag for it, so i still have my old one, cost me $400, but thats $400 i dont have to spend when i get the miata lol
My payments are $203 a month including GAP insurance, hell my credit score is at 637 so I am doing pretty good lol

Re: Thehunterooo's Aveo
Wow... dude. My whole car with all the mods was just a little over that.  But it's good that it's in your name... who's name was it in before that? and by your name you mean now it's owned by the bank first, then you once you pay it off?

Re: Thehunterooo's Aveo
yeah, it was in my step dad's name since is was bought, so i had to transfer everything to my name and pay taxes, it was if he sold it to me
that was with 2000 down, but i owed $10000 and still had 4 years left at $300 a month, now i have 5 year at $200 a month, so in the long run im saving a little money and am building my credit, still am upside down but there is nothing that can be done about that
bank still willhave the title until august of 2015, i dont think ill pay it of, i need to build my credit and $200 is much better than the $300

Re: Thehunterooo's Aveo
You could always dump any surge in cash you get into the loan, like the tax return check or additional money not used for school. That way you'll kill two birds with one stone: get out from the upside-down situation and get the car in your name and your name alone, not banks, sooner.

Re: Thehunterooo's Aveo
it does not really matter who has the title to me, im only out about 1500 for interest (i got a good rate)
its in my name though, i just dont have the title
any surge of money is going to be saved lol
