Makes sense. That would work well too. If I did keep the halo projectors the only other improvement would be more powerful led bulbs for the halos so they're more visible during the day...

2008 Chevrolet Cobalt SS/TC - SOLD
I've painted the dash and the shift plate along with the shift knob. Just make
Sure u double
Coat n clear coat a good unwearable paint cause mine wore off cause I always have my hand on it as if it was a manual shift knob. Lol but it's a nice cheap mod!!
really, i want to disable my drl and just use the halos, i dont know what wire the circuit is so i just went with a switch :POriginally Posted by serega12
the shift plate came out well, i put 3 coats of primer on it after sanding it down a bit with 320, and 1 coat of yellow paint, its held up well except from where my switches scratched it pretty good (armrest got in the way). It has to come apart again so ill just have to do it again
btw i used to forget to turn my amp off, hence the new switches i have now have lights on them to tell me they are on, so i wont forget to turn them off most of the time
Hey hunter where did you get ur floor mats?
N how can u get vtec with your automatic?
Did u swap engines
For a manual tranny?
i got the floormats from a guy on ebay who makes them himself, there is a link on the product thread that i made last year, ill find it later tonight
lol i dont have v-tec, its a horrible joke on my picture :P
i wouldnt want v-tec anyways, does not make any sense lol
Oh lol well I wouldn't either like vtech cause u mis shift once n it blows a rod thru your engine block. My husband has a non vtech but he's getting a whole new engine block either
K20 or a b18c1 engine
Block. He's definitely wantin to make it a boosted beast.
if you miss a shift when you are drving hard (3rd to 2nd instead of 4th) you will do serious damage to the engine (the aveo would rev well above 8000rpm) v-tec has nothing to do with it in the sense
v-tec is the big bow on the car, the finishing touch for honda, if they sold their cars without v-tec then they would all make no power, no kids would want to buy them
i hope he is not making a dyno queen lol
cant edit my first post, any help lol?!?!
here are some pics anyways
Finally you stopped being lazy and posted some worthwhile pics to look at lol jk. cool pics though
lol your right
