I'm the epitome of a slacker then.
I leased Pontiac Wave from September 2006 to August 2011.
2002 posts, what a joke!!!!
went to the shop today, found out they will not touch any aftermarket mods, but I am getting a nice set of BF goods installed along with the sep belt changed (im supllying belt) and the valve cover gasket for about $490
want to install my header and pulley before autox though, dont know where to go
just a small family run shop, they do good work so I really wanted to deal with them, they will do anything oem (no exhaust or trannys though) and for about as cheap as it comes, I will look and ask around the usf car group for any local shops that will get those mods done (i got your coilover kit btw, thank you!!!)
new valve cover gasket, installed the sep belt and two new BF Goods on the back for $300, not too bad at all.
Got the O2 extender in the mail as well, gaskets coming in friday, need the bolts still, and a place to install....
Oil pressure gauge going in as well hopefully
that is how banks get their way. there is no other solution guys.
made some changes of the front page
i have a life too, but how is your life treating you? what cha been up to?
Not too bad, man. Finished my school (that took up most of my time). Then right after graduation I was informed that I'm starting work next week in Portland, OR... Had to find a house to rent within a week and move everything over one state south...
Now working as a Union pipe fitter at an Intel plant. It's fun. But have to re-learn a whole new profession. Just because the Intel plant is making chips, it's a place full of very "fun" chemicals (HF, for example, only gets neutralized by the calcium in your bones)... And since I'm on a demo project (demolishing piping that connects the "tools" (machines producing chips) to the facility), I have to be careful not to cut a "live" line with something spilling all over and stopping the whole fab...
Other than that still trying to figure out new area, unpack, spend time with wife and kids, and from time to time drive back to Seattle to catch up with old friends and family.
As far as the car goes, installed 4300K into my Aveo's and HHR's headlights. Love the light output for the rainy Oregon (not that Seattle was much better). Trying to sell the Aveo to maybe get something else for another project.
And how has life been treating you, rabbit?
