VW Golf rims on my Wave

I figured I would join the forums and post a couple of pictures of my Wave with VW Golf Rims. I couldn't find any photos when I was surfing online but I got a lot of great info from this site. Thought someone else might find it useful.

I wanted a cheap upgrade from the stock steel rims I had which had no hubcaps installed. I picked these VW rims up used for $120 and it cost me another $30 for ball seat style lug nuts plus $10 for the vinyl Pontiac decals for the center cap.(lug nuts and decals were ebay finds) I'm happy with the look for the price, looks pretty factory, I wasn't going for flashy.

Thanks to these forums I was also able to install 6 1/2 inch Rockford Fosgate component speakers (shallow mount 2" depth with 1" spacers) I needed to move the spacer down and forward about a quarter inch to have the window roll all the way down. The door panel fit back on no problem with no modifications. Tweeters are mounted by the mirrors. Cost for the speakers and spacers was about $60 and the sound is amazing. (replaced the factory deck too)

I don't know. The previous owner had it installed by the dealer I think.
