      XJCASPER

      My Aveo Log:

      XJCasper
XJ - Body style of my Jeep
CASPR - License plate on that Jeep.

Closest to stock pics I have:

      At this point:
      Tinted
      De-badged.
Added an extra parking light in the headlight dummy spot
      Started on the stereo

      Next:
      Wheels purchased. Still need tires.

Sorry, they were not staged with nice backgrounds, but they were last minute before making changes to the car.

Sure is hard to take still pics after 6 shots of Jim Beam:

      Quick update pic:

Finally picked up some tires for my Craigslist 16's.

      Next week:
Cut and install the 96-01 Honda Accord Intake I picked up today.

I need to post the car to take some nicer scenery shots.

So, what size spacers do I add to the rear? I want 25mm, but concerned that it might be too much.

I'd go for spring before the spacer. What's the offset of the wheels?

Off the record, thinking about cuttin the front springs. Don't know that I want to drop the back.

On the record. Don't know the offset. Used wheels. Owner didn't know alot about them.

      Thank you
      Jason

Just look at the back of the wheel and look for a stamping like ET40.

To figure out the spacer, just use some washers and space it out. Once you have it where you want it, measure the washers and you have the size you need. Don't drive with the washers, just test it in the driveway.

      Thank you. Like that idea.

I was making the measurements more difficult than they needed to be.

if you have a 90 degree ruler. the one the looks like an L. you can put on on the face of the rim, and then use the other end of the L to measure against the wheel well, and get the exact measurement without taking off the wheel
