      It is for the ETEC engine. It is the same pulley that they were trying to put a group buy for but never could get enough people together for it. For the 04 and up. Looking up the specs on the 04 optra 1.6, it is the same motor. It does have a more performance oriented tuning done on the ecm from GM.
