Any new products out?

So with me trying to get everything going on my new websites, I've found that I have neglected the Aveo world a little bit lately.

Have any new products come out that anyone is aware of? Anything new you want to see? I am still trying to get the turbo kit finished up, but with the project 240sx we are working on hardcore, it has been pushed to the back a little bit. Maybe if we can get some more interest going it will work out.

I am not sure if you have seen it, but we have a new promotion on the sites where we guarantee we have all parts for a car listed on the site. If you can think of anything that we don't have listed, let us know and you can get it for 15% off the site's price once it's listed. This is only on our specialty sites, so don't go naming off Lambo parts or anything LOL.

I haven't had time to look on the Aveo sites lately, but I think the last part I saw come out was a VIS CF hood for the 07+ Aveo, but I have heard it's really ****ty quality so I didn't want to put my name behind it.

Working with JBodyPerformance to see about getting some Aveo parts custom made by them. Any suggestions?

spyder auto is soon to release a projector style headlight for the 04-06 aveo sedan and 5 door

"Soon" is a relative term apperently. Still doesnt seem to be one available yet a year and a half later.

It's actually 04-08 hatch and 04-06 sedan. 100% sure. All first generation Aveos have the same headlights.

didnt the 2008 hatch have the redesign though?

i couldnt remember if they were, i was pretty sure, but i dont want to give away the wrong information

for the sedans though, some people like red complain about there being no tailights, but everything is the same really :lol: :P :P

I installed the headlights on my dad's '08 Aveo5 a few months ago: they look identical. All the mounting points are in the same spots. They fit from 04 to 08 Aveo hatch/Aveo5.

Ok, maybe some later model headlamps will work for my 06`, but spyder doesnt seem to have one listed for Aveo`s at all. Unless you can can find a headlamp from another site.

spyder doesn't actually manufacture them? projector headlights are now readily available all over ebay.

If you're good with wiring and know how to wire up your own halos/LEDs and all, I can sell you mine... they're blacked out style with two halos. H1 HID bulbs already installed in them... You'll just have to get your own ballasts. $160 shipped.

i really dislike my headlights. i mean i love the look of them and when they are actually cooperative i love em. only thing is that i wanted that blue bimmer light look but they are saying we cant put that kind of bulb in them. secondly. the crystal ball looking thing its mount keeps falling down off the hindge and it like points downward to were it shines no light what so ever but only like 2 feet infront of the car which is no good cause wheni get in the car i can see no light beam. no i have to go in every now in then when it gets knocked off. take it off the car and then open it up and snapit back into its hindge i hate doing it cause one of these days its going to break complelely off the next time i do it if i keep having to do it. so far its been good and hasnt fell off in 2 mnths but now i guess its my crappy wiring but the halos turn off its only happened twice but i did it last night and have to take apart the clamps and twist the wires up again and reclamp it and then wala it works. but i hate how i have to just keep going into my headlights just to keep messing with them and its getting reeeeealllly frustrating. and i was told put the old ones back on and i reeeealllly dnt want to. ugh!! :evil: :x
