If its displaying 9999 during fuel cutoff it is working correctly. It sounds like you just need to calibrate the scangauge with a good fill up.

Thanks for the reply, if it displays 9999km/l or mpg it's incorrectly detected the cut-off point. This resulted in the 11% error; after I fill up, I calibrate it and can read how much fuel the scan gauge calculates that my car has used, which was 11% less than the amount I put in.
I emailed the scan gauge company at service@linear-logic.com and they replied promptly. I didn't realize you can display TPS on the scan gauge. You check your throttle position gauge (TPS) at idle, then set the cut off to 4 above that value. Example: If your TPS at idle was 10, you would se the cut off to 14. I've driven a full tank since making this adjustment (holiday trip) and when I filled up, the gauge was accurate. Problem sorted!
Ah, I see what you mean. Glad to see you got it all fixed up.
Very interesting tool,i will bought one ^^
Hi guys, my Aveo's alarm was going off by itself, sometimes in the middle of the night. It isn't an after-market one, it is the standard one which beeps the horn. I don't know if this is standard worldwide, when you unlock the Aveo the turn lights flash and when you lock it, the horn beeps?
Anyway, I removed the scan gauge e and the problem stopped - has anyone heard of this or had this problem?
Thanks
i need to send mine in for an update...
