I am an ASE certified tech and specialize in acura V6 motors and have done alot of custom work in regards to this. However the person who is a close friend wants to make a turbo kit for the aveo. I was directed to this thread not to sway people from buying a turbo kit but to bring up some very obvious questions..

1) why are you mocking up using two old turbos that you have to make adapter flanges for anyways VS buy a cheap T3 flanged one brand new?
2) as of right now you have free turbos and the only pic is not of YOU making anything..
3) have you thought about what style manifold you are making?
4) what about fitment issues(radiator fan etc)
5) what about tuning....no megasquirt or FAST is made yet for this application.

Thanks.

Thread edited. We don't want any thread hijacking here. If you want to become a vendor, get approved. Until then don't advertise within my threads...
I am mocking up old turbos because they are cheap and easy to find, and because most people I have talked to only want 5psi to shut up the local ricers. Therefore, there is no need to have a T28 or T3 in the opening kit, because it will be overkill for the engine.

We have everything ready to go, just no pics yet because I am waiting on my friend to bring his Aveo down to do the test fitment (or someone else on here).

The kit is designed so nothing has to be removed or relocated. Otherwise I would include the extra parts in the kit.

Megasquirt doesn't come with an application. it comes to me as a bag of parts and I assemble and program it myself. One of my friend's owns a dynojet, so we will be tuning it there and then including a base program to modify from.
