one more question why is your stage 1 and stage 2 listed with a T3 and your stage 3 listed with a smaller T28? beside the fact that you would have to produce two different header, there is no reason for the two options.
Good questions... Well seeing as how most of the people here cannot afford $2500 for a turbo kit, we are using a few different low-key fabrication shops for our efforts, and we have sourced some turbos that we have used time over with no problems. The kit is also designed that you don't have to buy a brand new turbo if you did not wish to. Our kits will work with any T3, so for the bargain shoppers any OEM T3 Turbo from a number of cars will work.

As far as the header, we are good at what we do, and we want to help the community, not rape it.

Also, the original post was edited, I somehow overlooked the fact that my Stage 2 and 3 were not Intercooled. They were figured into the pricing, just left out in turn.

Steve, many of the people I have talked to on here don't want more than 5psi, which both kits are easily rated for. I am looking into several kits to have a piggy back fuel controller for the Stage 2 since it would be more powerful.

What t3 turbo is it going to be. Is it going to be used because no new turbo that is not made in China will cost $300. Is the stock fuel able to keep up with the stage 1? Will you include all the necessary fuel lines and fittings to go with the FPR?

The stage 2 and stage 3 will both include our Ultimate FPR kit, which includes everything needed to remove the factory FPR by the gas tank and install the adjustable FPR in the engine compartment.

The stock fuel map actually is a bit lean I have come to find, so I will be adjusting a few things to include a basic Air/Fuel Controller. The testings we do will be using an Apexi SAFC-II (probably what we will include in the Stage 2), but I am unsure as to what we will use for stage 1. The injectors can handle it, but I am not sure that the fuel map can.

For stage 1 you will have the option of using either the one we have available or by purhasing an OEM T3 separate. The one we are using for testing is off a 1982 Datsun 280zx, but the designs are the same for most OE factory turbos... We are trying to get this done with both quality and price in mind. DLSpeed is what is making us the money. AftermarketAveo is helping out a community that needs more support. We are not in this game to get rich, only to help those who want what others cannot give them.

Would I need to upgrade my fuel octane if I get a turbo?

while it does depend on how much boost you run, it is always recommended that due to the increase in compression that all turbo applications should use atleast 91 octane... burns cleaner and less impurities for your engine...

basically, in order to bolt on a turbo u need a turbo exhaust manifold which has an extra flange attached to it specifically for a turbo.

You can not commit crimes in a Aveo. Its just not fast enough.
