OK, posted parts list and pricing in post #1.
hey guys...good to be back on here. if anyone has any questions please let us know!
Welcome back! Glad to have you back on the forums. I've got a question that's a little left field atm, but do you have any sort of sponsorship program by chance?
Hey! thanks for helping us out.. I just wanted to re-confirm that the sedan parts will fit my 2010. :D
Oops! nevermind that^^^^ Wish i could read better sometimes. :D Will be ordering very soon!
Zooming through the hills I get a lot of understeer, so, obviously I would go with the rear sway bar. This raises the question: would I go with the thicker 19mm or the thinner 16mm?
I imagine the thicker would compliment better for handling if I went with all the chassis members, strut bars, etc. If I plan on buying the rest on a later date, which rear sway bar would you guys go with? 16mm or 19mm?
Cheers
The 19mm is exponentially stiffer than the 16mm. U would kick urself if the $10 saved resulted in a "not stiff enough" sway bar
I figured that, but if I don't have the entire system I wonder if it would cause complications with handling.
you are correct, it obviously would compliment better with other bars. BUT! you don't absolutely need all the bars all at once. The sway bar will still make a huge difference in the handling department.
So i found with front strut bars, but i am unable to find the rear antiroll and the front lower....any way to search by part number?
Will this discount apply for the group in the future or only through this group buy? Between the new exhaust and looking into other parts for us Aveo owners I'm kinda strapped :/ otherwise I'd need a front strut tower bar, 19mm rear sway (if I can attach without rear springs because coilovers), 4 point lower rear(if they will fit the hatchback), 4 point lower front, and the solid rear upper(non adjustable) because I've bent two of them :/
When the group buy goes through (which could be a little bit yet if we keep seeing more interest), it will apply then, not in the future.
What do u guys think about closing this up by the end of the month, I really want these already, and really don't like waiting a long time...is anyone else here as impatient as I am???
I'm interested in the AR16-190
bdanhauer, I've added you to the list.
I updated the first post with the prices of the bars. There were two prices up there, and one was the suggested retail. That has been removed, and it should be clearer now.

The group buy discount is as follows:
1-5 bars: $10 off each sale price
6-10 bars: $15 off each sale price
11-15 bars: $20 off each sale price
16+ bars: $25 off each sale price
As of right now Evan is still working on his site and he is very busy. He is going to need a bit of time to get everything in order. We're probably looking at early next month at the earliest to wrap this up.
i am interested in the larger rear sway bar for sure, would the front upper strut bar work with mk2 coilovers and get rid of that 'floating' suspension tolerance up top? i just got the end link conversion kit, and thinking the upper strut bar would compliment coilovers well
the upper mounts do not change, the coil overs and spring are smaller than the oem, and those holes are away from the "cup" so they should definitely work fine. I want the 2 point per side one for myself.
RE2-692A: $159 03-06 (2 POINTS Rear Strut Bar possibly only hatch)
RE2-925: $149 03-06 (2 POINTS Rear Strut Bar possibly only hatch)
I would like to see examples of both of these as i might want one of them as well..
Good point I may get one of the 2 rear uppers and will b dropping the rear lower 4 point, the sedan only one as I have a hatch. Any clue as to when we will buy/get these??????
They don't really show the mounting, but here are the images off the ultra racing site:
RE2-692A
Attachment 8202
RE2-925
Attachment 8203
double checking my order 1. front upper strut bar( with 2 points on each side)
2. 19mm sway bar
3. solid rear strut bar (RE2-925)
dropping rear lower 4 point brace
I update the list in the first post. Thanks for the update Pooh Man.
When do we pay for our orders & how are we (ie PayPal)
You will make your orders directly through nextgen's website store. Evan will provide a coupon code that will give you the discount.
The rear strut on the rear Hatch. I have the one on the green car( hacth only) that the first one they offered. it is adjustable in the middle w/a jam nut for loosening or tighten. it can be mounted lower or higher. I think there is pic's on my messed up cardomain link ever since they up dated things messed up . I try to post some pic's .The second one is new since I got mine. looks like four bolt hold it in place. the fisrt only has two bolts holding it in place.
If we maxed the discount can we set up payment, I need something new already!!!!
hey everyone...I apologize for the delay. Trying to hit up shows, get the shop together for the grand opening and take care of group buys at the same time. some where in there i try to sleep and eat. haha. any way, the site will not be totally up to date in a little...soooo...is anyone against Paypal? I can send invoices to everyone. Let me know. Worst case, I won't be able to get to fully updating the site until the next couple weeks. Give me your input.
awaiting the invoice, thank u
Now that the requirement has been met, how much is the rear sway bar going to be?
I'd be interested in the front strut bar and rear sway bar.
Sounds great. I've added you to the list camopaint0707.
To be honest I'd want them all at some point but for now...
Daox, can you put me in for the front upper strut bar too? Thx
Suspension systems are complicated and simply addng stiff rear sway bars to remove rear chassis coil spring flex could also inadvertantly lead to light weight vehicle barrel roll-over situations in abrupt high speed steering direction changes. In comparison one of the factory fixes for the Yamaha Rhino side by side utility vehicle roll over problems was removing the factory rear sway bars and adding rear wheel spacers.
