Haven't gotten that far yet, model is on the stand now, but once it's in a test car, yes it will curve back into place...

The kits ability to safely integrate with a motor, clutch ,gearbox and driveshafts not origionaly built with a turbo addition in mind.
      Fit.
      Quality.
      Ease of set up.
      Total completeness of kit.
Comprehensive and understandable fitting and start up instructions .
      Price to US$1500.00

A bloody good deal on frieght to Australia when I buy one.

A deal on the brake upgrade you will need when you've successfully fitted your turbo kit.

the tranny, and axles could most likely handle the power increase brought by 7lbs of boost.

the engine should be able to too, unless you have some other problem..
the clutch is the thing i would question, only because even the factory offers a 30-ish % up rated clutch for hilly/mountainous regions. so unless you have that i think our clutch is a weak point.

as far as this kit goes, i dont think it was finished, it if is available, and has software i would buy one.

      I'm looking at two options.

      One was presented on Daewootech.
Would a Turbo Exhaust manifold that fits a Nexia, fit our Aveos?

I'd be with you on this one --- but after reading a fairish amount by guys who have already blown piston & motors on Deawootech I wouldn't be running more than 4 psi with 5psi boost the absolute maximum on the stock motor as (IMO) the pistons and the existing 10-1 compression will just not be safe over that , the car will still scoot along like a scalded earwig at 4psi anyway and for the big power--well --it's gonna equal bucks proportionate to power.
I've also seen some people intending to use a WRX TDO4 , great turbo kicks 14psi all day long-spools at 2600rpm -I've had two REXs --thats a a lot of turbo even though its not big in appearance to run 4 psi with.

Now if I could get this lot

      Into

      clik to enlarge

How good would that be ?
