2004 Aveo Starts up at Full Throttle

The car was running great until it overheated and blew the head gasket. I just replaced the Head Gasket and put it all back together. Now, when I crank it up, the engine revs up like it is floored ( > 6K rpm) until I turn it off.
The throttle plate does not move and is closed. I replaced the TPS and IAC. There are no OBDII codes and I can't run it long enough to see any live data on my meter. I'm at a loss and need some help. Any suggestions ???

Want to leave an update to this issue in case anyone else is laboring with this problem. I ended up unplugging the MAF and took the power off of the ECU for 3 minutes. The MAF was because I read somewhere that this could be a cause and unplugged the ECU for 3 minutes to allow plenty of time for any internal power or capacitors to dissipate. The power was reconnected and the car started and idled around 900-1000 rpm. It's a little high but I'll take it over what I had before. I stopped the engine and reconnected the MAF and started it again and it idled around 900-1000 rpm again. I cleared the OBD codes caused by the disconnected MAF and have been test driving it for a few days. No more problems and no engine lights. It seems to have worked out.
