2009 chevy aveo No dash lights side marker lights, or passenger side Tail light

I have been reading about the splice pack in the Fuse block under the hood on the Aveos prior to the 2009, But This model does not have that splice pack. Its more or less just a control board. I took it to the Dealership and they charged me 1000 Dollars To Replace The ECM. When i got it back the Gear Shifter wouldnt shift out of park unless you pushed down the Button in the hole in front of the Gear Shifter. After Dark we figured out that The instrument cluster no longer illuminated and the Illumination in the Radio buttons werent lit up either. After going around behind the car i found that passenger side tail light didnt work either. But The break light does. The Dealership wants to Charge me another 1200 Dollars to replace the cluster. i dont think the instrument Cluster could be causing all this. Am i Wrong?

I concur. Im just going to get a haynes manual and start tracing wires. Unless someone on here comes up with a suggestion for me.
