just repairs and common maintenance, waiting on a new TB to come in from korea since its a dealer only part apparently. HIDs, LEDs, A/C (lol), whatever else for my carputer, maybe power locks, definantly remote start. its my DD, my toy is a 87 Fiero GT. spent 2+ years on it so far. nowhere near finished haha.

How come a new TB - replacement, or upgrade?
yea a replacement. original went out at like 24k miles and then this current one only lasted 14k miles. replacing it again. its gotta be something with the connection too. these drive by wire TBs cant be that poor quality.

replaced it. 10 minute job. why the stealership charges you for an hour of work? i dont know. probably rounding the time up to an hour. shadey mother fkers.
all for replacing the TPS. good thing i have my old one, im going to see what i can do for repairing it so i dont need to wait for when this to happens again.

Can i ask, tps? throttle position sensor?
On a drive by wire car "that" is on the gas pedal, the throttle body has an actuator based on where the gas pedal is..
What went bad on the TB ? the actuator?
