I just bought an 09 Aveo5 with only 69k miles on it. It's the standard base model manual trans, locks, and windows. But with my trip to work being 27 miles one way, it sure beats filling up my full size truck every week.

I also got an aveo for the same reason. 1 hour drive to work. Now i only drive 5 miles one way so now all the extra gas money goes to car parts lol
Welcome to the site and congrats on the Aveo!
I already have put about 3k on the car. I have a couple mods in mind that I would like to do soon.
Welcome, happypants529!
What mods are you considering?

I'd like to add cruise control, considering adding a/c, and soon I'm going to put a 12" sub in the back and upgrading the rest of the speakers.

(Just in case you didn't already know), just follow the above link to add cruise with just the switch and a couple splices wires.

Oh that's awesome. Nice to see its a relatively easy install. That will probably be the first thing I get done.
I wish other cars were as easy to add cruise as the Aveo. Many have the wiring in place, but it's disabled in the ECU -- programmer required (or ECU swap).
That's what I was worried about. I'd really like to have it but if it were to be a hard job then I'd just deal without it. I got lucky this time. Hell I got lucky for finding that car for so cheap. $2700 and its real clean. A couple minor dents and the bottom of the front bumper is a little cracked but hardly noticeable.
