New owner of a 2011 LT, I'll get a pic soon.

Bought this used for too much, since I learned of good deals. :oops:

Around 57k. Paid $4900. Red with various hail damage pimples. Yeah, should have talked down or skipped, oh well. Drives well for my wife and I. And I have something to wrench. ;)

Noted a replaced hub cover, since it was different than the rest. Meh.
First boogie on inspection, oil in coolant. The engine oil cooler was cracked. And transmission fluid was black.

Other than some wear on some bits, pretty good.

Did you get it private sale or from a dealer?

Yes, private sale or dealer? Started off negotiating at a gas station, declared sold and they drove me off to a dealer to sign paper work! :o
Given a dealer sheet and so forth. Story was that the gentlemen selling were doing on the side. Hmmm.

I decided to get a full review to make sure it's okay and that's when the oil cooler problem was noted, as well as dirty tranny. Unfortunately, not enough time to do it myself and it's my wife's car, I let the shop do it...this time. :D

That's a sneaky sales tactic!! Does it mean you ended up paying additional dealer fees?

No, if fees had come up I would have started a little discussion...and likely walked away.
