I just recently bought an '06 Aveo. It's automatic and has almost 138,000 miles on it. I hope to have this car for a long long time.

hey! welcome to the forums! just make sure you have a good timing belt in there if not get it changed! well worth it to get it done. while youre doing that you might as well change the water pump, idler pulley, tensioner pulley and the serpentine belt. If the timing belt breaks then youre going to have lots of valve train problems. my 04 sedan had 157000 miles on when I gave it to my cousin and she now has over 200K on the odometer.
Missing our beloved 1st gen Aveos everyday!
Silence is golden. Duct tape is silver!!

Chevoo-1/2 Chevy, 1/2 Daewoo. I mean like WTF?
NYChevoo has good advice. Preventive maintenance will help you keep your Aveo on the road for a long time.
Welcome to the site!
