Hello everyone my name is matt and im 23 yrs old. i bought a 2009 aveo lt as my frist car a few yrs ago. I was thinking about trading it in due to negative reviews but then i found this website ! ill be posting up my car in a little bit. Also i dont really know much about cars themselfes but i would love to start to learn about my lil aveo to make it as good as it can be.
thanks you two im glad i kept my lil aveo. i think once i get it paid off im gonna try to get a trade in for a chevy impala there my favorite. but for now i still have 3 more yrs with my car.
well yes and no. had a problem with at from the get go. it would randomly shut off in the middle of driving and the breaks wouldnt really respond. but i got that fixed (mechaninc said it was something with the air flow chip) then i had my front right wheel bearring replaced beacuse it was making a grinding noise and they found clay in and around it. then their was a major issue that it was in teh shop for about a week or two due to transmission tube broke and mixed with the oil. ever since then i wanted to do a full check up on it just ot make sure everything is fine and if i can get it to optimized proformance. but i lack the funds to do so but aside from all of this i really do like my car it takes 30 to fill roughly. its a semi smooth ride and for the price i got it i really like it for my first car. oh and it only has 45000 miles on it so its not a milage issues.
I've been lurking around for a week or so. I got my Aveo about a month ago. Hope to get some help with things here. It's an '05 hatchback. If anyone has any simple recommendation for things to do feel free to suggest them. Hope to enjoy my stay.
