Hi,

I’m from Hamilton Ontario Canada. I just purchased a 2010 Aveo LT with 156k km for my youngest daughter. Mainly to get her to and from her new job within the city.
I was looking up info on these and found this forum. So far lots of great info. Looking forward to learning all I can, from all of you and helping where I can.

Two words of advice:

timing belt


replace it unless it can be proven to have been replaced recently…save yourself a later headache.

Oh yea, the air intake hose is prone to cracking. They’re dirt cheap ( just like all of the parts for these things). I’d just put a new pliable one on.
