He says it's a good car (I say that's debatable) but it gets him to work and back. He's said he doesn't like it because it's an import.

Technically, Aveo is an import too. from Korea of all places.

As long as it has an American badge, he doesn't care. I come from a "buy American" family.

I kind of figured that from your other cars...
