Hello Everyone!
I am new to the site and to the Aveo and to Chevy, so I am sure I am going to have a million questions.
I have driven trucks my whole life and less then a month ago bought my AVEO.
I must say the 40mpg I am averaging right now is AWESOME!
Didn't really want a 4 door car but the backdoors have been nice for friends with kids and carseats.
hoping to put my stereo in later this week and getting the windows tinted, those are my first steps.
Just wanted to say hi! First Question----How many miles does your aveo have and have you had any major issues?

Welcome and congrats in getting the Aveo. Well depends how well you take care of the car, however mine is 2004 with ~45K miles and the only thing I replaced was the stock plastic thermostat housing and installing the aluminum one which I didn't have too because I had no problem with it but just to avoid a future repair. So far my Aveo has been trouble free.

Thanks for the welcome! I bought my 09 with 84k miles and it seems to have been very well maintained so I'm keepin my fingers crossed.

Welcome to the forums! I bought my 2004 brand new in July of that year and now have 142631 miles on it. I'm very happy with it and also very surprised that its still here. I thought it was going to be a throw-away car. I still have my gas station eating Chevy Suburban. Hence the reason for the Aveo! Matter of fact we liked mine so much that she bought a used 2007 Aveo 5 with 40000 miles on it.
