I'm Rick.. I'm driving a 2007 Chev Aveo 1.5 LT which has been giving me some problems lately.. Which I will post in the relevant section ofcourse

Hopefully one of you experts can help me out.

When you post: Codes, year, model (yes there was more than one aveo), and hatchback/sedan.
If you don't have a code reader and a smart phone, goto amazon and get a Bluetooth ODBII interface and use TORQUE to scan and read codes. Otherwise go to a parts store and they can read the codes.
Don't forget to post the codes.
