      Question New member, new Aveo problem

      I just noticed an issue with my 09 Aveo5 yesterday and haven't been able to find an answer on Google...

      My car is making a clunking/knocking noise in the front end (it sounds kind of like a helicopter), but ONLY when I let off the gas. When I'm accelerating the noise goes away, but comes right back as soon as I let off the gas. It doesn't happen at lower speeds, or at idle (so I don't think it's an engine issue).

      About six months ago I replaced the front wheel bearings, tie rods, and front brakes & rotors.

      Anybody know what this may be?

      Along with the knocking, is there vibration in the steering wheel?
