From what I understood by talking to the dealer - it's out of pocket to change the belt, If you're significantly below the 60k miles threshold, they might look into doing it for your covered by warranty. If you're even a few miles over (or close to 60k), they will do it, but it's going to be coming out of your pocket. As I was talking to them, there was a guy getting it done, and his bill was around $2300. Sounds like it would be worth it looking into the engine swap at that point. Not like fixing it at the dealer will extend your warranty or anything.
