      Proud Aveo owner here!

Hi all, my name is Gabby. I drive an 06 Chevy Aveo LS hatchback. I absolutely love my gremlin-ridden shoebox on wheels. I chose this car because I wanted a vehicle that fit me and my lifestyle as well as not being a huge drain on my wallet. I've never owned a vehicle that wasn't domestic (for the most part) and Chevy's have very rarely let me down. Before my Aveo, I was a huge fan of the Geo/Chevy metro. Thank you for having me!

      Welcome.
make sure your timing belt and components have been changed recently. If you have no documentation on a recent change get the vehicle in for that service immediately. This is because if your timing belt snaps, you get to replace the head due to bent valves.. nobody wants a boat anchor for a motor.

Thank you for the advice! I already had the timing belt replaced and checked my spark plugs and wires. Right now, my issues with her are the throttle position sensor, brakes and rotors, and desiccated plastic brake bulb plugs. oh and my dashboard clock stopped working today.
