Updated post #1.... and wow. GM moved a pile of Aveos in June! 5728 sold ... vs. 2217 cars last June.
That makes last month the best so far this year for Aveo sales. I wonder what's going on?

Could it be them including the 2009 clearance vehicles in those numbers? Like the heavily discounted fully loaded car a member on here us buying?Originally Posted by MetroMPG

I'm pretty sure it includes all model years sold. (The sales stats for the Aveo start in the end of 2003, and we know the first model year for the car was '04.)
So I suppose it's theoretically possible that in June they sold brand new 2009, 2010 and 2011 models.
Updated post#1 with July's sales stats: fewer sold compared to July last year, but still the 2nd best month of 2010.
eww. The Versa is pure crap. Ari's driven both and I was with her when she drove the Versa and I drove the Aveo. Ari said the car felt so detached it was rediculous and described the steering as "Flaccid". She said you'd just kind of turn the wheel and hope the car went in the direction you'd want. By contrast, she described the Aveo as cheeky and fun to drive.Originally Posted by MetroMPG

haha i wish i knew you a few weeks ago, this guy that owned a malibu fought with me because he said the versa was better than the aveo in everyway
he got so mad that he threatened to kill me :P
i think the interior is nice, but the rest of the car is kind of souless in a way, the upper trims have some decent power but its more money, and the base model does not have a radio or A/C
typical american/domestic hater
Don't ever use those 3 words in the same sentence again.Originally Posted by thehunterooo
though soulless is a good way to describe the Versa. I think all imports are pretty soulless.

its decent, well its looks good at the very least, never drove/been in one but ive seen many pictures
they seem to have a good amount of problems though
the materials are worse than the Aveo. Think a Yugo from 1985. That's the quality as well. Looks are deceiving.Originally Posted by thehunterooo
