      04 rough idle?

The wifes 04 has been great until a few days ago. It stared shaking and skippong on the highway for her. I drove it off the highway (less than 1/4 mile) changed the crank sensor ran alot beter but not good. I fowled the plugs wen I drove it. Changed the plugs and wires and its back to running great, mostly. It drives fine and idles in park. But in drive and reverse it skips and runs like crap. No vacume leaks clean tb. Clean iac. Timming marks look fine. Any ideas? Coil? Clogged the injectors wen I fowled the plugs? Thanks for any help
