08 Aveo auto transmission not moving in reverse gear

i have aveo 2008 auto transmission car. today i faced a problem in reverse gear which is not working. normally when i shift gear in reverse it goes without press accelerator but today it is moving veryyy slow in reverse gear even i pressed full accelerator.

kindly do let me know what is the issue? i checked gear oil container it has oil till the mark of max and gear oil Gage is showing just above the cold only. i check after drive also its still on same position.

what was the condition of the fluid when you checked it? did it smell burnt and was a dark brown instead of a bright red?

I have a 2008 hatchback that goes into reverse fine when you first start it, but as soon as it warms up you can't go anywhere in reverse
