09 aveo5 issues, stalling and no power

hi all, so im having a few issues with my car i like to call SLOPOS,
heres the story, back in september i started running mix e85 in my car with no issues, then i switched to full tank of e85, everything was fine , no changes in performance that i could notice but when when it got colder down to 30 degrees then i wouldnt wanna start. so i decided to drain my tank by hot wiring my fuel pump at relay box under hood, well i messed up and fried my fuse box, and lost my ignition and accesories power so i ordered a used one from ebay and car started but now im having issues, car stalls on cold morning or i dont let it warm up for like 10 minutes. i also lost power to my AC\defrost buttons which were working before i fried the fuse box.
anyone knows where to check for power to these buttons or if theres a hidden fuse box inside the car other than the driver door side?

When you fried the fuse box you could have damaged the wiring. Also did you put a strain on your battery to cause it to kill a cell hence dropping the overall voltage. I hope you have a multimeter to check each wire.
