$400 all said and done. Initially there was a core charge that added to the price until I returned the old one.

your pistons are better shape then most vehicales of that year i would just use some brake cleaner or carb cleaner clean the top off that extra burn build up is caused from your rocker gasket leaking oil though the plugs, its common for the aveo to leak oil into the spark plug just from adding to much oil which blows the gasket and over tightning the top also causes the oil leak. however you are going through the samee thing i did with my aveo 2005 rocker oil leak had to buy new plugs because all the oil fouled the plugs and the plug wires needed to be changed becase the oil corroided the inside plug wires where i wasnt getting spark and for your other long cranking issue try a new battery with a higher amp output even if it charged fully and says 12v it may not have the correct amp output. P.s MY AVEO is on 240750km and there more rust but still runs like a cougar
