2006 Aveo, 1/ 2 correlation code error

I Hate Throttle by wire, so it leads me to ask you guys for help, 2006 aveo, 1.6 etec auto, i have replaced and diaged a lot already, but when the ambient temp is below 50, this thing will start out with throwing code 2138, then going to limp mode, i have to drive that way till i restart then its fine the rest of the day. or whenever the temps are above 50 its usually fine, ive thrown pedal assemblies throttle bodies and ohmed wire harnesses , only thing i can figure is ecm, cold solder joint or somethin, whats yalls take?
