2006 Aveo, Cranks but no start

To start off, Thank you for the add...

I have already stumped my mechanic friends lol... back ground on the 2006 Aveo, Lady I got it from said she drove it to the store, came out and would not start... She took it to the shop and they put a few new parts on it, CPS, O2, wires, plugs, battery, and still finding parts... Fast forward to now, I towed it home and been playing with it, I'll try not to miss anything, cranks and no start, well kinda... If i go from off to start fast, it will, or try to start for the first 1-2 seconds, then no fire (spark), stills gets fuel 55psi (smell it out the pipe, plugs get wet) if I turn the key to run, wait, then start, no spark or if let off and re-start, no fire, only fires if I go straight from off to start fast... Can the cam sensor keep it from firing? Oh yeah, P0315 (CPS learn) will come on... I have 3 times grounded the + cable (re-set the ECM)

Have you checked to see if the red/black wire coming out of the ignition switch has power when the key is at run/start?

I have not checked the power wire yet, I did put in a new switch and the same thing happens. I feel that the ECM is seeing something wrong and cutting off the coils... Not sure what that could be... One more thing, I hooked up my live scanner and seen the TPS shows 19% and if I press to 50% then the TPS goes 20-21% and if 100% pressed, then 22-23%... From what i can see, the scanner is reading the TB not the peddle in the car... I'm out of town till Friday morning, so I'll check that then

If there's power on that wire, then check cabin fuses 6 and 7.

Turns out... The ECM was bad... I put in a used one and it runs great, put the old one back, nothing...

ECM is usually last on my list, and I don't recall anyone ever posting a bad one here previously. But I've also never seen a P0315 posted before either, so perhaps that code can mean that the ECM is bad. Anyway, nice to read it's back on the road, and thanks for the follow up with your resolution.

Time to revisit this little car... So after changing the ECM and hearing it run, I drove it around the block, it idles fine but missis when I hit the peddle around 25%-75%, like two dead cylinders under load. If to smash it full open, it seems to be okay or if you ease into, it runs fine, no miss. I gave up on this car because my kid didn't get her license, now I'm trying to fix it so it can have a new home where it will be used lol... Thank you for the help getting it this far
