2006 Aveo goes into limp mode with code P39C0 code thrown

      Hi there

I have a 2006 Chevy Aveo that is experiencing random "limp mode" issues. The check engine light comes on and has a code P39C0 Des. Unavailable".
Does anyone have an idea what that code is? Can't find it any where on line.

      Thanks for the help

      Rick

nobody can find that online. How did you read the code? It should be the letter P followed by 4 numbers. 39 sounds a manufacture specific number. Did you make sure it's not a clerical error?

Had taken the car to a mechanic. He said he could not find it either and suspected that it was a manufacturer specific code.
The car goes into limp mode randomly. It will go for weeks without an issue and then suddenly does it again. If you let the car sit for a few minutes it will start and run fine. Do I have to call a dealer to find out what the code is?

Oh yeah that is a dealership issue. Never heard of it. The book I have covers 2004 Chevy and that's code is not in there.
