2007 Aveo bucking

Hello. As I search the internet, I am finding out that I am not the only one with this problem. My 2007 Chevy Aveo bucks. It will buck when I am driving and attempt to accelerate, and it will buck when I am stopped (at a stop sign) and attempt to accelerate. Also, if I go over 3 RPMs, the check engine light flashes. These are fairly new issues. I have had the car for 3 years and these problems just began within the last 3 months.

It would really be beneficial if you can pull live data, or at least check for codes. Most of the time this is caused by a throttle body/sensor issue, or an alternator issue. I'd start with the former.

Pull the code(s) and record them in the order they appear. Most likely it's going to be one of the P03xx misfire codes. Do you know when the spark plugs were changed? If you don't, they would be the first thing to check, along with finding out if there is any oil in the plug wells.
