2009 Aveo Key stuck ON won't shut off

As title says. The damn key is stuck ON position and will not move. I can put in gear and everything. It won't turn off. I just pulled the fuel pump relay so it would starve and shut off.

I have read on people's not going past ACC but still turns off and on just the key is stuck. But I can not find anything to help what I have going on.

Service manual is pretty thin on this too... this is all I was able to find

Thank you, I guess I should start with the lock cylinder. But from what I seen you need your key in the ACC position to pop it out. So I have no clue lol
