2010 Aveo LT 43k miles, overheating & A/C not working

only bought the car aug 1., 2013. just over a month ago. 90 degree day I had A/C on. then it stopped blowing cold air. i looked down and temperature was at HIGH. Drove with the heat on all the way home to cool off engine. My repair shop replaced thermostat Heater Control Unit & Coolant Temperature Sensor. they said it stopped over heating but a/c still not blowing cold air. I took it home to schedule another day for troubleshooting the a/c. in the meantime, driving in another 90 degree day, started to overheat again! What is wrong? Its only 3 years old only 43k miles! I'm regretting buying this car already. Whats wrong with it?

Have you tried a new radiator cap?

My coolant was actually boiling over though. I suggest checking/replacing the fan relays. Try replacing it with like a high beam relay
