I have a 2011 Aveo that won’t crank over it has power when I turn the key but starter won’t spin. Jumped the starter and it turns over fine so I replace the ignition switch and key cylinder but same thing. Another weird thing is when the key is in the off position and I take it out all the lights light up on the dash like it would be in acc mode anyone have any ideas?
