So my Aveo is due for an oil change. I need a SAE 5W-30. The manual says to use Dexos approved oil and if not at my disposal, to use equivalent oil with the same viscosity. Should I go with synthetic oil for my 58k mile Aveo, or regular oil? Which one will benefit me the most and my car? Thank you in advance for any replies!
