acc key position

when my 06 aveo LT (125,000)has the key in the acc position the stupid thing begins to chime usually not a problem unless you want to listen the the radio with out the car being on (like at the drive in or just sitting ther with a friend with the radio playing ) has anyone else had this issue ? is there a way to fix this so i can listen to the radio without the chime "binging " away

Mine too I should turn on my car while listening to the radio especialy from AUX with more volume
