Right though. Canada does have measures in place similar to the BBB, including a BBB for most cities and provinces.
I wouldn't be too worked up about warning others though. Canada's justice system makes it more difficult to sue for slander, based on Section 2 of the Charter.

Basically, preface with "In my opinion you should avoid ___". Simple ^^

Thanks for the compliment. In fact, I did write and publish a book once. It's so much work I vowed never to do it again.

Actually, the IMO disclaimer shouldn't be necessary. Obviously it's your opinion. Who else's opinion would it be?
