Aveo 2007 gets stalled after using couple of hours

Hi guys,

hope you could atleast give me some tips/ideas on how to resolve my issue with my aveo 2007 sedan M/T.
Here's what happened: I used my car and drove it to the highway and after 2 or 3 hrs of driving my car suddenly stopped for whatever reason and when i tried to restart my car its engine gets stalled whenever i turn on its AC.

Were you using the AC when it quit the first time? If so, it sounds like your AC compressor has seized so when it tries to engage it, the car stalls out.

I would think the belt would slip instead, but I'll wait for someone more experienced to chime in

Yes I was using my AC. well actually what I did was when my car stalled out. I let it rested for around 20 minutes and when I restarted my car, everything went ok. I used again my car after 2 day when that happened, at first when I started my engine everything went ok and for at least 1hr of using my car, again same issue I got - car stalled out and then when I restarted the engine everything ok but once I turn on the AC engine will stall out let it rested for 15 minutes and again everything went ok. Well thanks.. for the input I really appreciate your reply.
