      Aveo overheating.

I have a 2011 aveo (its actually a swift but thats a canadian unicorn) with a 1.6 lxv. The car has had an overheating problem for two years and i cannot figure it out.
Before the engine over heats it ALWAYS starts blowing cold air in the cabin.
The only engine ode its ever had is P00B7 , low coolant flow.
when overheating significantly the coolant cap spews
ive repaced every hose, the heater core, thermostat, resevoir cap, and the waterpump.
The car does not over heat for very long, it goes right back to operating temp very quickly. Any ideas or tips for diagnostics.

The cooling system maintains pressure, and a block tester showed no indication of headgasket issues.
