bouncing shaking in the front of my aveo while driving

My 2009 aveo 5 has been bouncing in the front end not sure if it has something to do with the brakes or a bent rim. Only seems to do it at 45-50 mph going down the road. Tires were balanced as well. If anybody can help that may have had this issue before let me know thanks so much.

All four tires were balanced and the struts seem to be good as well. I was just curious why it only does this at 45-50mph. Unless its a brake caliper or rotor or even a slightly bent rim

well could be slipping on the rim too. I have read on here that has happened on a few cars.

What do you mean by slipping on the rim? I have stock 14" steel wheels and it started happening after the newer tires were mounted on the rims. Just at 45-50 mph it feels like its bouncing up and down and I can feel it in the passenger seat floor and dash as well

I understand that you got everything right but for some reason I really dont know the tires slip because they are manufactored different I guess. Research tires slippage on here and you will see what I am talking about. I just saw it on here a few months ago but really dont have the time to hunt it down. I am sorry but just get a few minutes to check things and then I am off here. Hope you find it out.

If the problem started after the tires were mounted and balanced, that is most likely the source of your problem. Either the tires are out of round or have a shifted belt or the balance is off. If a rim was bent, once the shaking started, it would only get worse as your speed climbed. Good luck and let us know what you find.
