hello I have a burnt oil smell inside the cabin of the car. I don't have any apparent leaks(oil or exhaust). Does anyone have an idea what causes this smell? It is only apparent when the heat is on.

You probably do have an oil leak then.
The most likely cause of this is a leaking valve cover gasket. Pull the plugs to check for oil on the plugs and in the wells, which if present, would confirm the VC gasket leak. You get the smell because the oil leaks both outside down the block, and inside into the plug wells.
That is exactly what i just replaced. I used engine gunk to get some of the caked on oil off and it smelled like burning oil for a few days until it all burnt off.
My '05 had the valve cover gasket as well. I also had a leaky crank shaft seal, I don't think I ever 'saw' any leaks from that, but it would at times smell.
