Buzzing noise

do you have a filmy substance on the inside of your windshield, or perhaps tap on the plastic heater box under the passenger side, sound like a hollow box or full?

when you first start the car does it blow any smoke? Any weird residue on the underside of the hood on the passenger side?

ever run hot, lose heat, or not hear the fans kick on?

There is an oil like substance on the inside of the windshield, and it's developed that several times since new. The car does have a little smoke in the morning (around 25F) for a minute or so, but pretty much stops afterwards. The Aveo heats up pretty quickly, but the temp needle never goes over halfway. I'll have to check the plastic heater box, the hood, and the engine fan in the morning.
