Hi The 5 codes are P2106,P2110,P2135,P2101,P1516. Hope someone can help out.Thks
Anyone pls
Sounds like you need to clean your throttle body.
P2106- Throttle Actuator Control System - Forced Limited Power
P2110- Throttle Actuator Ctrl Sys-Forced Limited RPM
P2130-
P2101-
P1516- Electronic throttle module throttle position
Those are the ones I found in the manual. Running a search online will bring up the rest but I just got back from work....feeling lazy. But Im in a similar boat. My car isnt running ATM because of similar codes. Luckily I have my motorcycle. So far in my car Ive tried replacing the Throttle body and the Gas Pedal since there is a sensor built into it. Unfortunately that did not fix the problem but it may in your case.
Thks for reply , Can That throttle body be changed by myself? I am getting one that is used.
You don't need a used one, the issue has been brought up before, when its dirty, the throttle plate sticks and then no longer matches the position of the gas pedal, throwing all those codes. If it is prolonged, it sets more codes, and goes into safe mode. The founded solution was cleaning the throttle, make sure the throttle plate is appropriate at idle and then do the idle relearn procedure.
The person who discovered this had the same problem a few times, and eventually installed a catch can.
OK thks for reply, I know I'm amateur but how do I go about cleaning this throttle body and idle relearn?
Anyone on my last reply Thks
the procedure for the idle relearn is on here somewhere..
the throttle body, take it off, you get a good throttle fluid in a spray a wire/nylon brush or old tooth brush, and scrub all the filth off and put it back in.
