Chevrolet AVEO 1.4 LS: RPM automatically increasing and not coming down on start

Hello, I am facing an issue with my Chevrolet AVEO, when I start the car the RPM goes beyond 3000+(btw 3200-3400) and stays there forever and doesn't come down. When I switch on the A/C the RPM slightly comes down to 2900-3000 level but doesn't come down further. I got the Throttle body replaced from the Chevrolet Service Center but no change. Pls advise and help. Thanks

i had this happen in an older chevy(not-an aveo). Turned out the PCM was bad. Had to replace it. Bu I'd be suprized if there were no codes for a bad PCM. Is it possible the pedal is hung up on something? or maybe the throttle body(know you said they replaced it, doesn't mean they installed correctly)

Thats the strange part, no codes. And no Pedal or installation problem. However interesting point I noticed is when the Service Center team reset the car through Computer it runs normally for a day or so then the same problem occurs back again. The reset has been done twice in the past few days.
